Omega launches Olympic edition of the Speedmaster
The Milano Cortina 2026 edition comes in a unique presentation box and stands as a collector’s piece marking 90 years of Omega as the official Olympic timekeeper.
The Omega Speedmaster Milano Cortina 2026 celebrates the brand’s long-standing history as the official timekeeper of the Olympic Winter Games. The watch marks 90 years of precision and innovation in sports timekeeping and is released as a special 38 mm edition inspired by the official logo of the 2026 Games.
Crafted from polished stainless steel, the watch features a blue ceramic tachymeter bezel with white enamel. The combination gives it a cool, wintry look that reflects the spirit of the Italian Alps.
The dial has a subtle snowflake-like texture, while the hands and indexes stand out clearly against the bright background. Inside beats the automatic Omega Co-Axial movement, known for combining high precision with reliability in both cold and warm conditions.
A tribute to 90 years of timekeeping
Omega has served as the official Olympic timekeeper since 1932. Milano Cortina 2026 will mark the brand’s 31st Olympic Games, providing timing systems and official commemorative watches for the event.
Each watch is delivered in a special white presentation box designed exclusively for Milano Cortina 2026. The box features the Omega logo along with the red and black Olympic emblems, making it a true collector’s item for both watch enthusiasts and sports fans.
A winter-inspired Speedmaster
With a 38 mm diameter and compact form, the model is suitable for both sport and everyday wear. The blend of a steel case, blue ceramic bezel and finely executed movement gives the watch an elegant yet functional character.
The watch is expected to be available through selected retailers in early 2026, coinciding with the Winter Games. Pricing has not yet been announced but is expected to be in line with previous Speedmaster 38 mm special editions.
