General Terms
By visiting and using Watchboks.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically.

You must hold a valid payment card issued by a recognized bank. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you have provided is correct and that you are an authorized user of the selected payment method.

Delivery and Shipping
All products are carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

We ship with GLS or PostNord to parcel shops in all countries we deliver to. Delivery time is typically between 2 and 4 business days, depending on the destination country.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Conditions for return:

  • Only unused products in original packaging can be returned.
  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • You will not be refunded the original shipping cost if you use the return right.

Defective or Damaged Items

Prices and Payment
All prices on Watchboks.com are shown in local currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery country.

Payment will only be charged once your order has been confirmed and shipped.

Taxes and Duties
For EU customers, VAT and any import duties are included in the price.

Right of Withdrawal and Cancellations
