Timex launches new Deepwater Meridian 200 Automatic
Timex introduces the Deepwater Meridian 200 Automatic – a robust diver’s watch with a 44 mm steel case, sapphire crystal, automatic movement and 200 meters of water resistance.
Timex expands its dive watch collection with the Deepwater Meridian 200 Automatic. The model combines classic design with modern materials and a focus on underwater functionality. The price is €389, which equals around 2,900 DKK.
The watch measures 44 millimeters and is made from stainless steel with a screw-down crown and caseback ensuring water resistance down to 200 meters. The blue ceramic bezel is unidirectional, while the sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating protects against scratches.

The watch is powered by a 21-jewel automatic movement that ensures stable timekeeping. The dial features bold Super-LumiNova on hands and hour markers, making it easy to read in low light. The date window is magnified for improved visibility.
The sturdy build is paired with a durable HNBR rubber strap that is UV-resistant and perforated for better ventilation, offering comfort both in and out of the water.

Built for performance and durability
Timex describes the Deepwater Meridian 200 as a watch designed to endure challenging environments. The case is made from recycled steel, aligning with the brand’s growing sustainability focus.
With resistance up to 20 atmospheres and a reinforced crown guard, the model is engineered to handle strong pressure and everyday shocks. Its practical construction and straightforward mechanics place it in the affordable range of automatic dive watches.
Classic Timex design with a modern twist
Although inspired by Timex’s historical dive watches, the Deepwater Meridian 200 features a modern interpretation. The large case and blue rubber strap give the watch a contemporary and sporty appearance.
In recent years, Timex has regained attention among collectors through mechanical models offering solid value for money. The Deepwater Meridian 200 continues that direction, focusing on function, quality and everyday wearability rather than luxury.
