Vario launches two Versa limited edition watches in 2026
Vario marks its 10th anniversary in 2026 with two Versa limited edition watches inspired by Chinese New Year and Ramadan.
The Singapore-based watch brand Vario has announced two new Versa limited edition watches set to launch in 2026 as part of the brand’s 10th anniversary. Each model will be produced in a run of 100 pieces.
The two Versa limited edition watches draw inspiration from cultural holidays that play an important role across Asia. One model is inspired by Chinese New Year and the Year of the Horse, while the other references Ramadan and Eid.
According to Vario, the aim is to highlight shared traditions across cultures. “In both cultures, festive seasons are often marked by wearing new clothes and accessories, and the watches are intended to be part of that celebration,” the company states.
Both models are based on the Versa collection, which is defined by a rectangular case and a classic design language. The look draws inspiration from vintage dress watches, adapted for modern use.
The launch is scheduled for early January 2026. Interested buyers can sign up to Vario’s newsletter to receive updates ahead of the release.
Versa limited edition inspired by cultural celebrations
The first anniversary model features a silver-toned case and a red dial. The dial includes Chinese numerals and details that reference Chinese New Year and the Year of the Horse.
The second version comes with a gunmetal finish and a green dial with Eastern Arabic numerals. The design is inspired by Ramadan and Eid, which are widely celebrated in the region.
Both Versa limited edition watches are offered with matching leather straps. Images also show the option of a stainless steel bracelet, providing additional wearing options.
Vario has not yet announced official pricing. Previous Versa models have typically been priced between DKK 3,500 and 4,500, and the anniversary editions are expected to fall within a similar range.
Limited edition watches and collector interest
Limited edition watches have gained increased attention among collectors in recent years. Models with strong cultural references are often in particularly high demand.
With only 100 pieces produced per version, availability will be limited from the outset, which may result in a quick sell-out.
Vario has previously released themed models inspired by Asian culture, helping the brand build an international following. The new Versa releases continue that approach.
With the two Versa limited edition watches, Vario marks both its anniversary and its continued focus on niche releases heading into 2026.
